The data controller is Bujak Films Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

What we collect when you enquire

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and a description of your business. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss the work. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.

The legal basis is legitimate interest — you contacted us about a service and expect a reply. We keep enquiries for two years, then delete them.

Cookies

No analytics or advertising cookie is set unless you agree to it. When you first arrive you are asked, and refusing is as easy as accepting. You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Your choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie, and never leaves your device.

What each choice turns on

Analytics — Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets cookies beginning _ga. IP addresses are anonymised. Nothing here identifies you by name.

Advertising — the Meta pixel, which tells us whether an advert led to an enquiry and lets us show ads to people who have visited before. It sets cookies including _fbp. This one shares data with Meta.

Decline both and the site works exactly the same. Nothing is withheld.

Where your data goes

The site is hosted by Netlify, and email to our domain is forwarded by LCN, our domain registrar. If you accept analytics or advertising, data is processed by Google and Meta respectively, which may involve transfers outside the UK under their standard safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@bujakfilms.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
